“Everything is within a season whether that be friendships, relationships, businesses, everything changes season by season,” the 31-year-old said in the clip. “So you have to be willing and able to shift gears when the seasons change. … Just be prepared for your season to come.”

Simmons also added in her caption, “Seasons !!! It’s all in seasons ♥.”

The television personality’s uplifting message resonated with a slew of fans.

“Man this is so true! I was saying this to a friend the other day. Thank you for this .”

“That’s good stuff right there! Wise words! .”

“PERIOD….The only thing that’s constant in life is change!#EvolveOrRepeat.”

“Amen. Well worded couldn’t have said it better myself the most positive thing I’ve heard today.”

Simmons is all about spreading positivity and living a healthier lifestyle.
She’s currently on the quest to help women who struggle with low self-esteem with her fitness and wellness program “Built Not Bought,” after suffering from body issues when she was a teenager.

“I think that it is important for people to just love where they’re at and who they are at that moment,” she told BET last May. ”If your body is feeling strange, embrace that and love that too. It doesn’t matter if you have curves or don’t have curves.”

Later last year, she also launched a campaign called “Pressure Makes Diamonds,” which helped encourage teens and millennials to overcome adversity in their life by building self-esteem.

“The whole idea of this campaign and the mission just came from [my] life and the pressures that I’ve been through,” Simmons told Black Enterprise in September 2018. “You can either come out as coal or come out as a diamond after you go through what you go through in life.”
