The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office announced its decision this morning. Cosby is being charged with aggravated indecent assault, a first-degree felony, said Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.
Constand, who is now 42 and works as a massage therapist in Ontario, Canada, is ready to face Cosby in court, her attorney, Dolores Troiani, said this fall.
“Obviously we appreciate the expression of confidence in her,” Troiani said. “We’ll have to see what happens. We hope justice will be done. We will cooperate fully.”
The charges add to the towering list of legal problems facing the actor, including defamation and sex-abuse lawsuits from more than 50 women. The warrant comes just two weeks after Cosby filed defamation lawsuits against several of his accusers, who have subsequently filed defamation lawsuits of their own.
Cosby is expected to be arraigned later this afternoon.
Cosby really should’ve stayed quiet. Going on the offensive and suing women for defamation really hemmed him up. Trust me on this.

Peace to all victims of Bill Cosby and I hope this small justice alleviates the pain you’ve received from being shamed…

I’m sure the “They won’t indict the officer who killed Tamir but will indict Bill Cosby” tweet coming real soon.
