CES 2014: Top 10 Products Revealed Thus Far

The premier consumer electronics show, International CES, has kicked off in true Vegas fashion, meaning more technologies and spanking new gadgets and devices that will have any techie taking a second look. With more than 150,000 industry insiders swarming the Las Vegas Convention Center for their tech fix, here’s a list of the top 10 products revealed so far (and you didn’t even have to wait in line for a peek):

LG’s 105UC9 105-inch curved ultra HD TV

“The curved, 21:9 screen of the television, measuring 105 inches diagonally, is able to support a 5120 x 2160 5K resolution and the extra-wide screen has been designed to eliminate the black bars you usually see when watching a film,” reports ZDNET.

8-inch Lenovo ThinkPad tablet
Lenovo’s latest offering, the ThinkPad Tablet 8, is the first 8-inch model of the line. The tablet has a 1920×1200 display, Intel Z3770 Quad-Core 2.4Ghz processor, 2GB memory, 128GB of internal storage and both a front and rear-facing camera. The tablet, which boasts up to 8 hours’ battery life, will be available for purchase at the end of January. It’s priced at $399.

Lenovo N308 Android home computer
Introducing its first Android PC, the all-in-one home computer starts at $450.  Powered by a Nvidia Tegra processor, the Lenovo N308 “an 19.5 inch, 1600×900 touchscreen desktop complete with an Android 4.2 operating system, webcam, keyboard, mouse and three hours’ battery life.”

Withings smart sleep tracking system
Available in the coming months, the Aura Smart Sleep ($299) is a bedside device that records information including noise, room temperature and light level. The active sleep system device use light and sound to help the user get some good quality shut eye.Placing the sleep sensor under the mattress, Aura monitors your heart rate, body movements and breathing cycle. With the help of the app, you can get a better glimpse into your sleeping patterns.
