But for those hoping Roman would deliver just as good a response to a question about her future status on the show, they’ll likely be disheartened.
On Sunday, Jan. 13, the reality star-turned-actress hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Story. One question read, “Ms. Roman are you returning to basketball wives?”
In response, Roman posted a still of her in a confessional scene from the series accompanied by the caption, “If it’s meant to be it will circle its way back.”
Roman has stepped away from the show lately and instead focused on her acting career. The star had been promoting her ensemble BET series, “Carl Weber’s The Family Business” and gearing up for the release of her TV movie “Fall Girls,” which aired on BET and BET Her Jan. 12.
The busy star recently addressed her spot on “Basketball Wives” with “Entertainment Tonight” and said doing the show was something she enjoyed. However, coming back will have to involve certain changes taking place.
“You know, I actually loved doing ‘Basketball Wives,’” she said in the Jan. 12 “ET” interview. “I’m just at a place right now where it’s about protecting my energy and my space and my zen. I have to protect it. And so, even within the ‘Basketball Wives’ world, if I were to go back, certain changes would have to be made for me to be comfortable in that environment. But we’re still in talks. I don’t necessarily know if I’ll return, but we are talking about how everybody can be comfortable in that environment.”
