It seems like Halle Berry has added to her brand of being an Oscar-winning actress by becoming a workout enthusiast and giving fitness tips.
Because if anyone checks out her Instagram page, they’ll see that Berry gives advice on certain workouts to do, and she motivates her followers to physically challenge themselves.
On top of that, she’s added a bit of relationship advice to her Instagram posts, and folks have really taken to it.
On Tuesday Berry told her followers to make sure that whatever time they’re giving to someone gets reciprocated. She also advised them to make sure the person they’re making a priority thinks they’re just as important.
“Never make someone a priority when all you are to them is an option,” posted Berry, quoting Maya Angelou.
Of course, that advice could be applied to a romantic relationship, a general friendship or both, but, however Berry meant it, her words were very well-received.
“That is quite the statement. It’s definitely something to make you pause and think, ” someone wrote.
“Thats absolutely right kick his to the curb and find that one that will always do for you first,” another person commented. “Your happiness is to priceless for them. Dont waste your time… and put yourself first always “
“Timely for me. Thanks Halle,” another person let the actress know.
There were also similar responses from people who said they were feeling unappreciated and Berry’s post came right on time.
Other readers said they wished Berry had posted the late poet’s words sooner, because it would’ve saved them some trouble and heartache.
“Learned this the hard way,” one of her followers wrote.
Berry has been in a number of high-profile relationships and marriages over the years.
From 1993-1997 she was married to former Major League Baseball player David Justice and then to singer Eric Benét from 2001-2005. She tied the knot in 2005 with French actor Olivier Martinez, and they split in 2010.
