Leslie Jones is busy gearing up for her contributor gig covering the Winter Olympics, but she made some time to grab a bit to eat in Atlanta. However, the meal turned ugly when a dispute erupted between herself and the manager.

“Ok [damn] I wanted a nice meal and wow Atlanta Fish Market gave me the worse service I’ve EVER gotten,” tweeted Jones Tuesday, Feb. 6. “Then instead of the manager coming to make it better, he came and gave me the [worst] attitude EVER! I can’t believe this!”

Over an hour later, the restaurant responded to the “Saturday Night Live” star saying, “we’re very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at the Atlanta Fish Market. We’d appreciate the opportunity to learn what happened & hopefully make things right. Our guests’ experience is our top priority, & we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.”

But that failed to give Jones any peace of mind. She seemed to accuse the manager of making a racist assumption about Black patrons.

“Ask your snobby manager who thought it was just Black people trying to get out of paying instead of it being the bad service and terrible food,” tweeted Jones, who is in Atlanta to film a guest spot on “Kevin (Probably) Saves the World.” “He actually said, ‘No you just didn’t like what you ordered.’ Um yea cause it’s nasty son! I just wanted to eat in Atlanta! Y’all ruin[ed] that.”

She added that she “will never be back and will make sure anyone who follows me goes either!!”

The seafood eatery didn’t respond to Jones’ final tweet, however, owner Buckhead Life issued the following statement to The Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

“Buckhead Life is committed to exceptional food and service as we have been since our company’s founding in 1979,” it read. “We as a company always welcome guest feedback, as the guest experience is the core of our mission.”

Meanwhile, Jones remains stuck in Atlanta because of snow in New York. She tweeted Wednesday, Feb. 7 that she has yet to eat and is “scared to try.”
