Not everyone is feeling the love for the representation in “Black Panther.” Former first lady Michelle Obama on Monday, gave props to the cast and crew of Marvel’s Black superhero movie, saying “because of you, young people will finally see superheroes that look like them on the big screen.

“I loved this movie and I know it will inspire people of all backgrounds to dig deep and find the courage to be heroes of their own stories,” she added Feb. 19.

The hype surrounding the film was huge and many Black movie-goers donned African-inspired attire to help the film break several box office records with it’s  $242 million President’s Day weekend box office.

Even still, haters crawled out of the woodwork to bash Obama’s celebratory tweet.

“Because all young people are Black?” someone asked. “Or are they the only young people that count? How racist is that?”

“Always race. Always,” someone else said. “SMH.”
